If your workplace has only a few employees or is low risk, you may not need to have your first aiders complete the 3 day First Aid at Work course.

The Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course lasts only one day and meets HSE requirements where your risk assessment shows that you need first aid cover on a lesser scale.

Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are now becoming more and more commonplace, with them being found in places such as shopping centres, supermarkets, train stations and airports to name a few.

They are simple to use (with a bit of training) and can literally save lives - the survival rate where an AED is used can improve from below 6% to over 70%.

This 3 hour module can also be taken to update already held first aid traning.
