We are based in Portsmouth and can provide CPR and first aid training in your own workplace, school, college, community centre - almost anywhere in fact.

Our friendly and knowledgeable instructors know how to deliver a fun and informative first aid course that everyone will enjoy and learn from. Our focus is for you, the student, to get hands-on practice. Students benefit far more from actually trying the various skills rather than reading about them in a book, so the bulk of our courses are dedicated to allowing as much time as possible to practice and hone skills.
