HSE First Aid at Work qualifications expire after 3 years and first aiders need to requalify to keep their status current.

The HSE Requalification course lasts 2 days (12 hours) and refreshes essential skills while also bringing first aiders up to date with changes to protocols and legislation.

There is ample opportunity to practice CPR skills as well as other essential first aid skills.

You are required to bring with you your latest ‘First Aid at Work’ certificate (issued by an HSE approved training provider).

This certificate should not have expired by more than 28 days on the first day of the course as after this period the HSE require you to attend the 3 day First Aid at Work course to regain the qualification.

Please inform the person who made the booking immediately if this is the case.
